Savanah is one of the founders of The Grickle Grass festival, which is coming up on it’s 6th year.   This year it takes place on May 30th in London, ON and features some amazing musical talent. Synopsis: What better way to celebrate the 25th episode of The Murdoch Music Podcast than with a special guest who has been captivating thousands of young fans for over 25 years. Yes – that’s right – the one and only Fred Penner was generous enough to talk with us about his astounding career as a children’s entertainer, including dicussing the beginning and end of ‘Fred Penner’s Place,’ which had nearly 1,000 episodes filmed for CBC. Together, Tim and Fred ponder why the show isn’t available anywhere digitally. With 12 albums released, 10 JUNO Nominations, 3 JUNO Wins (including the 2015 ‘Children’s Album of The Year) and 3 Gemini Award Nominations for ‘Fred Penner’s Place’, Mr. Penner is an absolute legend.
